Richard O. Marshall is greatest recognized for being the primary particular person to create High Fructose Corn Syrup alongside together with his companion Earl R. Kooi in 1957. They first found use the glucose isomerase enzyme to transform glucose to fructose[1] whereas working on the Corn Products Company. They patented the method in 1960.[2]
