Mark Constantine OBE (born 1952) is a British entrepreneur finest often called the co-founder and CEO of Lush, described as “one of many world’s largest cosmetics corporations”.[1]

He failed his GCEs at Weymouth Grammar School and have become homeless on the age of 16.[1]
Later on, he took an apprenticeship as a hairdresser, incomes £3 per week.[2]
