Joe Creek is a tributary of the Arkansas River in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.[1]

Construction started in March, 1978 and was accomplished in November, 1980. The decrease portion of the venture was constructed by a personal developer. The venture consists of 10,800 ft of channel enchancment alongside Joe Creek, 300 ft alongside Little Joe Creek, 360 ft alongside South Fork Creek, and 1,200 ft alongside the east financial institution tributary. The 8,950 ft of improved channel upstream is concrete lined; the rest of the channel has stone aspect slope safety. The flood of report occurred in October, 1959.[2]
